Maple Brook Dental of MN

Similar to another reviewer below (Audrey)---I was a patient for many years. Now coming back to warn you all as well. I went to this dental clinic for years during my high school and college years. So did my entire family. The first couple of visits seemed okay---like any other dental visit. However, you'll notice through time that Dr. Lam will start to suggest treatments that he never once mentioned before was a concern. He also did not take the time to explain why the treatments were needed. My family and I ALL left (multiple families) because we lost trust of the dentist and his quality of service. One year, I was told I needed 12 fillings or something insane like that. I went ahead and got all the fillings done then, because I was a young college student and didn't know any better. A few weeks later, one of the fillings fell out on a Friday afternoon. Horrible experience of being in pain. Their emergency procedure was little to none. The secretary called Dr. Lam who told her to tell me to take Tylenol and wait until Monday. I called another dental clinic and since I was not their patient, they couldn't see and told me to call my clinic back. Fast forward to a few years later, my dad had 2 fillings fall out two separate times. We actually contemplated whether or not to report this clinic and dentist. He really shouldn't be practicing. Now reading through the reviews, I think it's very common practice they selectively choose patients and recommend extensive work done when it's really not needed. Stay away. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

In this dental clinic I had a wonderful experience, the professionalism of the doctor and the staff made this visit a pleasant one and I am convinced that I can recommend it to everyone who needs some dental procedures. The staff is nice and polite and the quality of services is high. I recommend with love!

I just moved to the area and was referred by a family member. Coming from a big, but quiet city, getting an appt scheduled and to be seen took longer than expected. It was a month wait before I could be seen, which was the only downfall. Other than that, the service is great. I like the fact that they numb the area first before sticking a needle in your gum to numb the area that needs to be treated. The staff is friendly and same with Dr. Lam.

Very friendly staff. Beautiful work done on our teeth. Honest opinion. And a wonderful doctor. Definitely recommend this place to anyone in need of dental work.

I had the best experience at Maple Brook Dental. They were friendly, helpful and very careful. Dr. Lam made me feel comfortable. He is very kind and attentive. I can say that professionals and experts in their field work here. I would also especially like to mention Galina. She is very attentive and a true professional and really loves her job.
