Main Street Children's Dentistry and Orthodontics of Winter Park

Five visits thus far for my now three year old. Two visit was for her cleaning and the other three was for a cracked tooth she sustained from a fall. All our visits were exceptional. The Staff are friendly and professional. The Hygienist and Doctor made my daughter very comfortable each and every visit. I would recommend this dental practice anytime.

Zero stars actually, one of the worst establishments I’ve ever been to! The provider wanted me to leave my 9 year old alone with her & their staff while they performed an extraction! All because I brought my other daughter with me. I was not told not to bring a sibling or anything Unfortunately I went straight from the school to the appointment I had no other choice. DO MIND you my other daughter is almost 12 years old and although I was hesitant to leave her in the lobby she was definitely old enough to sit put while i was with my other daughter. This is one of many experiences I’ve had in this facility. Horrible place. Removed all 5 of my daughters.

The staff is very nice but they are very delayed if you are not there early in the mornings. We were there for an hour and in that time my child had x rays and a cleaning and we needed to reschedule the dental exam because she was not going to be able so see us soon enough and we had a hard stop to leave for something else after an hour. I wish the delays were communicated better

I checked in around 9:20 am for a 9:30 new patient appointment with my toddler. The staff could not find the paperwork I had filled out online, so I had to manually redo the paperwork. At some point, a child vomited in the waiting room, leaving a trail of puke through the waiting room. Although the child's appointment was cancelled because she was sick, she was allowed to remain in the waiting room with no mask because her sister had an appointment, too. At 10:15 I asked the receptionist if we would be seen within the next fifteen minutes and was told that no, they were still "super behind." I walked out without my child ever being seen and was very upset. I had used my last bit of PTO for the year to bring my child to this appointment. The one good thing I will say about this office is that the receptionist was very nice and understanding. We only came to this office because our regular dentist went out of network for our insurance. We will be going back to her, and I will be sure to leave her a positive review.
