Main Street Children's Dentistry and Orthodontics of Fort Myers

I had a fantastic experience at a children’s dentist recently. The staff was incredibly kind and patient, making my child feel comfortable from the start. The dentist was gentle and explained everything in a kid-friendly way. The office was clean and perfect for kids. My child left happy he said it wasn’t so bad. Highly recommend!

We LOVE Dr. Freedman and his great group of girls in the back. They’re always so kind, welcoming and full of laughs. It’s a great atmosphere to help children feel safe and cared for. Dr. Freedman did an amazing job with 2 of our kiddos and gave attention to detail in each of their individual cases. I would highly recommend his office for orthodontics. I have not used the dentistry side and can’t speak for that.

Mt 5 year old felt completely comfortable. The Young man that was assisting (i wish i would have caught his name) the dentist was beyond a 10/10. He walked my son through everything he did and made it all very kid friendly & educational so there were no surprises. He always called my son "my friend" and made the whole experience something My son is now WILLING to come back for. he gave him a hug at the end. I only with they were my pediatric dentists 25 years ago ??. Beyond Proud of my son & so amazed at how it all happened today. I thought I might have to put my son under...... but the confidence he has now is amazing and only wants to come back to them. Cap & Filling done... a few more visits to go & no worries about how they'll happen.

Firstly, I would like to express my appreciation for the exceptional support and care provided by your staff; they truly deserve recognition for their efforts which is why there is 2*s . However, my experience has been overshadowed by significant concerns regarding the frequent rescheduling of my kids appointments. It has taken nearly seven months for her to be seen, despite having been a patient for just one year. She requires significant dental work, and after confirming her upcoming appointment for next week, I was informed of yet another attempt to reschedule, with new dates extending beyond February. Regrettably, my other daughter's appointments have also faced similar rescheduling issues, and it seems that my children have been rescheduled more times than they have actually been seen. Additionally, I have encountered considerable difficulty in reaching your office for assistance. Most calls go to voicemail, leaving me waiting for hours for a response, which is quite challenging given my busy schedule. While I appreciate the staff's efforts, the ongoing issues with scheduling and communication have been frustrating and disappointing.

We switched to Main Street recently after a bad experience at our last dentist. Glad we made the switch. Everyone is amazing and great at working with kids. No unnecessary treatments were required. They are upfront about cost involved with treatment plans. I know my kids are in great hands here.

The wait time is just awful.i got upset cause the dentist said she's was gonna do only one tooth on my grandson after we spoke about doing 2 cause he's autistic and it's hard to get him to these appointments. She said she had other patients well mind you I wait close to an hour and a half for him to be called back so your rushing me but yet I had to wait that long ? We'll after letting her know how I feel she did both the teeth.also I just don't think k they handle special needs kids very well. I don't feel we will be going back I want someone for him that will make a dental visit more friendly so children don't have a problem with having to go the next time. Also I feel they do this cause then they can just keep billing insurance companies if they do one by one. I am not happy at all.

Ivan is amazing! My daughter is scared of going to the dentist and even cries. He was so patient and gentle with her. Made her laugh and explained what they were going to do in a way she could easily understand.

I just want to thank Alex the office manager and his staff with their patience and professionalism. As well as Orthodontist Dr. Freedman and his staff for their patience and accommodations. And making my daughter feel comfortable during this journey with her braces, we are loving the results. Thank you so much!
