The place freaking sucks and let me explain why. Yesterday I called and landed on this place and decided to try this place, giving it a try. I make in today at 3:25 and my appointment is at 3:10, I go in and they said they have a 10 minute window and I say okay that’s cool when I reschedule she goes we can put you in on next Wednesday at 12:30. I agree and grab the paperwork that needs to be filled out by next Wednesday for my next appointment. My sister fiancé says what happen because he is confused and my sister is on the phone with him. I tell them and they are confused, my sister fiancé goes in with my phone to show that my appointment was at 3:10 not 3:00 like they told him (which they lied). when he came out he said they told him to leave before they called they cops (for what? I don’t know he was just defending me, he didn’t get physical or nothing) and my sister was like just leave. Moral of the story DON’T GO TO THIS STUPID PLACE EVER BECAUSE THEY PLAY IN YOUR FACE AND DON’T EXPECT YOU OR ANYONE ELSE TO NOTICE AND TALK BACK.

This is a very unprofessional, racist and rude establishment. With the way they conduct themselves and business is unacceptable. The entire staff needs their license revoked immediately. I went in for a filling and a cleaning and didn’t receive either. They instead decided they wanted to shave my teeth down for whatever reason which resulted in me not being able to smile or chew and extreme facial pains plus a ruined smile. I contacted the same office weeks later about the matter hoping that they could fix my teeth which were destroyed and I was met with an attitude from the entire staff. They were rude telling me they weren’t going to discuss anything with me and the dentist was the worst. He got loud rude and began yelling and I was kicked out so I contacted my insurance company to inform them about the situation. They’re rude, racist loud and unprofessional do not give these people your business

The worst dental staff EVER ……. My daughter had an appointment at 1:10 today and I just so happened to go and check on her when I took my lunch break to 140 pm and they were still waiting. Again they have been waiting since 1 pm. They came early to see if they could see her earlier. But they told her that her appointment wasn’t until 1:10 so she waited. So when I went to check on them at 140 they told me that she missed her appointment I asked how when she has been sitting here since 1 so now I have to reschedule her appointment not only am I going to find her another dentist I’m going to call the better business bureau and report them

Got my tooth pulled and the dentist himself was great. Great attitude and he did the job. Very nice. But I was only given ibuprofen for the extraction. I'm not a pill popper but the pain after the numbness wears off is excruciating. I call back and this rude lady that was in with the dentist when he pulled was so rude. Telling me I shouldn't be hurting and what I wanted her to do bc she don't prescribe meds. If I wasn't in pain I would've gave her a piece of my mind.
