You need to be prepare your schedule to accommodate 2 hours for even the simplest appointment. Be prepared for a 50 day wait if you need a follow-up or reschedule because you can't wait the 2 hours. Those are the facts of my experience. Make your own choices.

I have been going here for quite some time. I have seen a negative change. Dental assistants don't seem to know what they're doing. They don't put a bib on you, they forget instruments needed to complete your care. That causes a delay. I sat for 50 minutes before my dental treatment got started. I'm just not as happy as I used to be.

I have severe dental anxiety and this dentist was so nice and understanding of that! They were all very calm, explained absolutely everything to me, and were just absolutely wonderful throughout the whole visit. I unfortunately had to have some extractions and the dentist did it right then and there! Absolutely wonderful! Would definitely recommend!

I love taking my kids to Magic Smiles in Mesa, I've been taking them here for years and they're always nice the Assistants and the Dentist, from the time you walk in and front desk greats you to office manager making us feel like family, would recommend Magic Smiles for your family.

Whole staff is very friendly. Very attentive and can work with your schedule the best way possible. My children are very comfortable. We love this place! Quiet and professional!

At my second visit to Dr. Lines and Magic Smiles today, I had a crown preparation done on the tooth they stabilized last time. The staff were very accommodating to my walking disability and politely kind and quickly efficient. Dr Lines was again very genial and reassuring, and there was absolutely no pain after a single anesthetic injection. He gives a very comfortable anesthesia injection. He is an extremely competent practitioner that has a pleasant chairside manner. I felt very comfortable throughout my visit. The anesthesia has worn off now and I'm happy to say the bite adjustment is perfect. I look forward to my next appointment with Dr. Lines and the excellent staff at Magic Smiles when they will deliver my first ceramic crown with them.. Many thanks for today!
