The best oral surgeon in Madison and amazing staff. As a first time visitor they took me in as if I had been there before. Treated me exceptionally well with positive atmosphere and the view takes your breath away- I would have never thought the city was nearby. The location is hidden in a beautiful nature filled location.

The staff was very kind, and professional. My daughter’s procedure of removing 4 wisdom teeth went exceptionally well, and recovery was a breeze. The staff was very thorough on recovery procedures, and even followed up with me to make sure everything was going well, and asked if there were any questions or concerns. I continue to recommend Madison Oral Surgery & Dental Implants. Top notch!

Have to admit it, I have always been a dental sissy. That’s probably the reason these specific teeth got to the condition they did. So, when it got to the point where two teeth in the lower left jaw needed to be removed. On the day of the appointment, another former broken root was found to also need removal and that it was infected. Was told that the procedure would need a little deeper digging to get that problem out as well. (Gee, Thanks!!) Well, I can honestly say that the Dr who did the procedure, and his assistant, could not have done a better job. It was obvious that they had my best interests in mind. It wasn’t a “fun day”, obviously, but they COULD NOT HAVE DONE A BETTER JOB. On top of a professional surgery, my comfort and my recovery were of their greatest concern. I appreciated the follow-up appointment a few days later to ensure all went well and that I was doing well. This Doctor, his staff and the entire office deserve a pat on the back. VERY WELL DONE!!!

My son had his wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Walsh. The whole experience was great, from the initial consult to the follow up after the procedure. The staff is friendly and helpful, and everything went smoothly. Would definitely recommend!

Receptionist was extremely rude. I called about a cracked tooth that is rotting in my mouth. I was told by an emergency dentist this needs to be removed asap- that this is an emergency. Waited on hold for 10 minutes, then was hung up on. I was blamed for being hung up, when I didn’t hear anything but hold music. I called back, receptionist was audibly annoyed. She said they could get me in, but they didn’t take my insurance, it could cost me $850+ to get the tooth removed, UPFRONT, as in, I can’t do a payment plan, for a medical emergency. I asked why, wasn’t really given an explanation? She said “well are you going to hold your spot or?” I said “That’s astronomical, $850 for one tooth when I have insurance is wild.” and hung up. I called elsewhere, found a place that takes my insurance OR will do a payment plan if something isn’t covered, and was very polite to me on the phone. I find this vile, I could actually get very sick from an infection, and what if I were less education on the American healthcare system and didn’t know to call around and just got conned out of $850 ???? Vile.

Every one in the office was very considerate of how nervous I was and went out of their way to calm me down. Dr. Koob provided me with a pain free experience and has taken very good care of my teeth. I would highly recommend him and his Practice to anyone wanting a BEAUTIFUL Smile.

Dr. Reiland is knowledgeable and compassionate surgeon. My surgery went very well and he made sure that I was okay post op. He even made time to see me just to make sure my concerns were answered. Such a great surgeon! Also his assistants were incredible as well. I can’t thank them enough for the care they have given me.

From the moment I walked in to the office on the day of the extraction of my tooth until the moment that I left, I received the best care that one can receive from an oral surgery practice. From the reception staff to the dental assistant who worked with Dr. Walsh to the entire process of removal to the exit process with the staff afterward, everything was top-notch. You could not receive better dental care anywhere. I know it sounds weird: I’m looking forward to the rest of the process of getting my dental implant. I know I’m in good hands. Levi Goren
