Madison No Fear Dentistry

My first experience at No Fear Dentistry was amazing. Like many others, I do not care to go to the dentist and put it off for longer than I will mention. That said I took the leap and gave No Fear a try. Alexa was my Hygienist and she was truly amazing. She was kind, thoughtful and engaging. She explained each step and made sure I was comfortable at all times. I listened to music on Bose headphones while she cleaned my teeth. Best experience I ever had at a dentist office. Alexa, thank you again for your kindness.

I needed to get two molar implants who CB I was not looking forward to. I don’t like needles or drills in my mouth ?. By the end of the appointment I said to the No Fear team “that was actually and literally a restful experience. Yes I used nitrous (totally recommended for all dental work) which helped with a sense of calm. What I was massively worried impressed with was their skill as a team. Every step there was clear communications, an opportunity for questions, and the actual execution seamless. I would highly recommend No Fear Dentistry as Doctor Dave (the owner) and his whole team are fantastic in everyway. Thanks for taking care of me with such care and now I know why you are called “No Fear”!! -Tim

Previously I hated going to the dentist because the dentist always caused me pain and never listened. My cleaning was informative and very calm. Then the fillings I had done went so well. I cannot express enough how much the atmosphere and the way treatments are done are amazing. I was able to have multiple fills and no pain outside just a few pokes to begin with. The staff are amazing as well. They listen and try to make the best of a not great experience. I look forward to finally getting work done and not getting so stressed out over the pain it’s going to cause me.

An amazing dentist experience! Easily the most comfortable, relaxed, and helpful dental visit I’ve ever had. Gracie was SO friendly and knowledgeable, and Dr. Adam was thorough, kind, and supportive! I would recommend Madison No Fear to anyone looking for a positive dental experience.

The dentist I saw here told me I had two cavities and needed two new fillings despite having no pain. I got a second opinion and I had no cavities or problems with my fillings. I have followed up now 6 months later and my teeth continue to be great without cavities or anything else wrong. This office is too aggressive and I'm glad I didn't let them damage my teeth. With that said, the staff are very friendly and answered questions well. My priority is taking good care of my teeth without getting drilling damage for no reason. So I would not recommend this dentist to anyone.

I had always avoided going to the dentist, but everyone at No Fear Dentistry makes me feel like a friend. There are no bad questions. The explain what is happening while they are doing it. The consults I have had always put me at ease about my dental health. I have already recommended No Fear Dentistry to many, many people. Keep up the good work!

This is my second visit to No Fear Dentistry, and I have been very pleased! After a long hiatus from the dentist, I have quite a bit of work that needs to be done. Everyone at the office has been kind and caring, and no one has guilted me about being away from the dentist for so long. They are just happy to get me back to good dental health!

I needed alot of work. Everything from a root canal to cavities and new feeling put in place of the old ones. I was nervous as one could imagine. When the process started I was relaxed and due to the meetings we had leading up to the moment I felt safe confident with them. Thank you for an amazing experience. 🙂🙏♥️
