I've had a handful of appointments here now and they always request a review after, so here it is. Everyone I've encountered who works here has been helpful and friendly. I have had cleaning appointments with the hygienist Tayler W., and she is especially fast, efficient, and helpful answering any questions I have. I appreciate that she explains what she's doing during the appointments when you can't really ask because there are tools in your mouth, and she even cleared up an insurance question I had on the spot. I would recommend her and this place.

I have had a great experience at each of my cleanings here! Their hygienists and doctors are very kind and they are good at explaining what they are doing and why. I had Hannah as my hygienist for the first time recently and she is a wonderful new addition to their team! Highly recommend!

I’ve been a client of Madison Family Dental on Odana road for 33 years and now live close to deforest so went there for a crown issue. They got me in the schedule quickly and were very prompt and polite. Highly recommend.

Our family loves Madison family dental! Everyone is so kind and friendly. The hygienists are efficient and do a great job of explaining everything throughout the cleaning. Dr. Heim is wonderful with everyone in our family from toddler through adults. Would highly recommend.

I have been with Madison Family Dental on Odana for years and am sad to say today I will no longer be using their services. I do medical travel work and am only home for a very specific time, so appointments are scheduled with intention. My husband was seen over a year ago and had issues scheduling his follow up. After the third time trying to schedule and not being able to get an appointment he was advised to find another dentist to work with. During one of my appointments I tried again to see if he could get his appointment scheduled and it was discovered that his care plan was entered wrong so it was impossible to schedule until the error was finally discovered. I scheduled the appointments for today 4 months in advance and live 1.75 hours. This morning my husband and I had been on the road for 30 minutes, and received a call that his appointment was being canceled because the hygienist he was scheduled with called in sick. There was no solution to him being rescheduled in a reasonable time frame. Over the years, I absolutely loved the dental work Dr. Donnelly has provided me, but cannot continue to have issues scheduling which is further delaying patient care and the lack of care/concern the scheduling team shows.

I was passively and aggressively fired as a client by letter after missing an appointment. I was a client for over 15 years where I was cancelled on several times on the same day. One day I arrived 5 minutes late and they had a lot of people waiting to check in. Normally I had never seen so many people waiting but it was not my fault. I had to wait 20 minutes and when they attended to me they did not want to attend to me because the time had already passed. Some time later I called to cancel my appointment the same day because I had covid to which the receptionist responded very rudely and then I received the letter that they could not attend to me anymore. 😡
