The business staff are very professional. During the consultation review. Info was detailed directly to the point and explained very well. During the day of the root canal procedures. Dental assistant Barbara was friendly, informal and helped Doctor Wright perform each task smoothly. The process took a little longer than expected, but overall, no complaints. Doctor Wright is highly experienced in his trade and truly cares for his patients. Located on the 2nd floor of the building, the business is very clean, up to date on technology, and seating from lobby to surgical room is comfortable.

Just had my first root canal ever and they made it a great experience. Their office staff is great (shout out to Tammy) and the assistant was very nice. The Dr. was so professional. It was painless and fast and they are very thorough. I initially had an appointment at a different place and didn't have a good feeling about them so I'm so glad I came here. Thank you!

They did a great job of explaining what they planned to do! The atmosphere is so calming. Both the central assistant and dentist were amazing! Id highly recommended this place. The one and only thing I did not like was no one explained pricing/ cost of my services so I was bombarded with a huge bill right after, which they expect right there and then. I was never offered care credit or anything though the office assistant watched me scramble to figure something out. Still rating 5 stars because the actual dental procedure/ service was top notch!

I could not have been more pleased. The space is focused on the patient experience. Each room has amazing natural light, and the ethos exudes comfort and ease. For those who have anxiety and predilection about dental work being done, as I did, I can personally say that I was set at ease.

Dr Wright did an amazing job. I was nervous and it could not have gone better. I think root canals get a bad name, this was not painful. I hope I don’t have to have another one but if I do, I know where I am going, without question.

Very nice office to visit. Receptionists, technicians, and dentists were all great to work with. Was made to feel at ease - all questions were answered. My procedure was having a root canal redone. It took half the time I expected. After my novacaine wore off, i used tylenol. Next day, zero pain. Great job. Highly recommend!

This was my best dental experience. I had a root canal done, referred by my regular dentist. The staff here were helpful, answered my questions, over the phone and in person. The dental assistant explained what she was doing and why, and what to expect. The dentist who did the procedure was very professional and showed he cared about my comfort and wellbeing (I'm sorry I cannot remember his name). He explained everything that he was doing and asked if I had questions. He also told me to let him know if I had any discomfort at all during the procedure. I was numb the whole time. I felt comfortable amd at peace. I couldn't recommend Madison Endodontic Associates anymore than what I am.
