I drove two hours from Chicago to Madison Dentistry, and it was absolutely worth the trip! This office came highly recommended, and it did not disappoint. Jill, the front desk manager, is kind and patient, guiding me through the process. My new dentist, Dr. Collin Trainor, and his hygienist, Rachel, are phenomenal! Dr. Trainor walked me through my dental health in great detail and accommodated all my needs, understanding the distance I had traveled. His expertise and skill were evident, making me feel completely confident in the care I received. I highly recommend Madison Dentistry to anyone in need of top-notch dental work. Rachel is down right cool, and really knows her stuff, and LJ is a wonderful soul who uplifts the entire office with her kindness and talent as an assistant, making every visit feel special. Ann was also wonderful during one of my procedures, providing support and care that truly made a difference. Jill, the welcoming face of the office, is one of a kind. Her helpfulness and constant smile set a positive tone from the moment you walk in. Even though I haven't worked directly with all the staff, I know they all share the same commitment to excellence. From Jill at the front desk to Melissa, my Oral Hygienest to Dr Wessell,....the professionalism and dental knowledge is exceptional. Melissa ensures I'm comfortable in the chair and describes what procedure she's doing. When Dr. Wessell comes in, he is very polite and upon completion of exam, explains, in understandable terms what he recommends doing to maintain healthy teeth.
