Lynn H. Smith, DDS & Nicole Springer, DDS at Overland Park Dental Studio

I am not comfortable with dentist. I have had a couple of bad situations so I'm very leary and judgemental. Today was my first appointment. You can tell fake warm and fuzzy. They took the time to ask the questions, and listened to the answers. You can ask questions all day but if you ignore/or don't listen to what I'm telling you, your not going to get far with me. I was ? satisfied today and would recommend anyone to Nicole Springer DDS, I will keep you posted on future appointments.

This practice was recommended to me and I’m very glad it was. Everyone here is very friendly and welcoming and the doctor is very knowledgeable. The office was running right on time with barely a wait. Will definitely be returning.

Always a pleasant experience with Dr. Smith and had a great visit with Shannon while she cleaned my teeth. I was impressed and pleased with the nice office, the pleasant and welcoming greeting when i arrived, and the professionalism and comforting manner of Dr. Springer and her assistant. They both made sure i was relaxed, that I knew what was going on, answered all my questions and concerns and were very gentle. They were very good at calming my nerves as well. They made my first visit very pleasant.
