Louisville Dental Sleep Medicine

Probably the worse office customer service ever experienced. They quoted me a co pay that my insurance approved for an appliance of $850, which I paid. However th ed y did not file insurance within the 30 day authorization period so insurance didn't pay. They send me the bill for the remainder $2,000 and the response I get from them is, oh you were out of network so it's your responsibility! Insurance Co then tells me all they had to do was call to have the 30 day extended. So fortunately insurance went ahead and ran it thru. Very disappointed in the office staff for not even trying to help resolve what was their error originally! I would never recommend them to anyone!

Office staff is terrible. If they would have filed with my secondary insurance carrier right after the appointment i would not have had to pay 230.00. Instead of listening to me when I tryed to explain how the procedure worked, I got screwed

excellent doctor. my appliance has been amazing. Never slept better in my entire life... I highly recommend Dr. McCrillis.
