Oh my god, this place is so awful. It's like a puppy mill but with humans. A revolving door of dentist and assistance. You never know who you're going to get. Every time I come in, it's a different group. They always have an excuse why it's a different doctor. The last time I went in for a tooth cleaning and a checkup, the woman they pulled out of nowhere acted like she didn't even want to be there. No x-rays. She looked at my teeth for about 45 seconds then walked off. This place is an absolute joke. It's a shame that this is where people who are on Medicaid have to go because they aren't concerned with their patients at all. I have a hole in one of my teeth and they offered absolutely no remedy other than saying I needed a crown in passing. No Financial options. Nothing. This place is an absolute joke. They should be shut down. They are dangerous and do not care about their customers. Walk in there and see how unorganized and horrible that place is. I wouldn't bring my dogs there.

I thought Dr. Killebrew was great! I had a lot of really bad teeth that were broken off at the root and I just knew that he was going to have to dig the little pieces out and it was going to be so painful but it wasn't at all. He had pulled out nine teeth in no time at all and it didn't hurt me one bit I'm going back in the next week or so to get the rest of my teeth pulled and to get my dentures so I'll update my review after the whole process is finished but I don't see that there be any problems at all. I thought Dr Killebrew was great! I'm not sure what these haters' are talking about but I had a great experience with everyone that worked there.

I cannot express the outstanding care that I received from Dr. Killebrew and his staff they are all amazing!! I was always made to feel at ease and was listened to with my concerns and was given alternatives instead of hearing "it's this way or no way". I had a frontal bridge done and it looks better than my original smile! I am so happy I found them!

First I call and made appointment for my wife cause the right side of her mouth was hurting really bad. My wife had an appointment there a couple of weeks ago and they took some x-rays and set up to get her teeth cleaned. I didn’t understand what about the problem. From my understanding they didn’t give her a straight answer. So she went back there to so call clean her teeth on August 22,2024 and hold to believe she had to call again cause her teeth was still hurting. The clean the left side but the right side that hurts. So this time they have to pull two teeth on the right side on September 4,2024. I don’t understand why they didn’t see need she needed to have her teeth pull the very first time she went there and did the first X-ray. We feel like you double charging the insurance and us. Know she got to have the other tooth pull from the left side. Any one can email us from the denham springs Louisiana dental office and explain this to us.

I went to Denham Springs Dental Care, and I was very unsatisfied with the dentist's behavior. When he came in, he immediately sat down towards the back of the chair I was laying on, without introducing himself. As someone with Multiple Sclerosis, I startle easily, especially when someone approaches me from behind and I see hands coming towards my face. I have been to many doctors and dentists before, and I have never had a medical professional come in without first introducing themselves. The dentist also seemed to be rushing and acting in a sneaky manner. There was no one else in the office when I arrived and left, so I'm not sure why he felt the need to hurry. As a medical professional, it is his job to review the patient's medical history and be aware of any allergies or conditions before providing treatment. However, he did not seem to have any knowledge of my Multiple Sclerosis diagnosis or the fact that I may be more easily startled. Overall, the dentist behaved in an arrogant and unprofessional manner. He did not take the time to properly introduce himself, understand my medical needs, or make me feel comfortable. This is unacceptable behavior from a medical practitioner. I expect healthcare providers to be attentive, empathetic, and prioritize the patient's wellbeing, which this dentist clearly failed to do. I went 1 times a total 10 minutes in the chair. He referred me to a specialist due to me having blood cancer and multiple sclerosis. I also have a different legal name. I stand by my review. I will not remove it.
