Dr. Hsieh is the most caring and honest dentist I've ever had. And I've had a lot of dentists (I move around a lot). I had a problem with my insurance and he helped me resolve it! I was a tricky case because I already had braces, am expecting jaw surgery, and moved here for graduate school (so my insurance also changed). Despite all of this, Dr. Hsieh accepted me as his patient and addressed all of my concerns in a professional manner. I highly recommend this clinic!

Dr Hsieh has been a terrific provider for our teenage son. He is highly responsive and is very thorough. He explains what he is doing, why, and what to expect. He was on contract through our insurance and everything about payment and cost was clearly explained and well managed. When we've had questions or concerns he works our son in on short notice to check his braces or make a change. He is ALWAYS ready for our appointment on time and is often early. Our son now definitely has the best teeth in our house thanks to his fine work! Highly recommended.

I had an excellent experience. I travelled from California and I had a situation that needed urgent attention. Dr Hsieh was very flexible, and twice he fit me in his busy schedule. The procedure was very smooth and pain free. Dr Hsieh is very gentle and is an excellent Dr. He is very polite and listens and gives good advice and treatment options. I highly recommend him for any dental and orthodontic procedures. The assistant was very welcoming , polite, and proficient in her work. I was seen on 11/08 and 11/10. Thank you Dr Hsieh and your team for your professional job. My tooth is already straightening up.

I don't usually write reviews, but I highly recommend this periodontist. I was pretty terrified of this gum grafting procedure. But it was less intense than I feared, and Dr. Hsieh and his team were phenomenal. The whole process went smoothly. I highly recommend this doctor. Five stars for both the technical and psychological care they provided.

I had a very good experience getting a retainer from Dr. Hsieh. He was very patient and responsible, and even answered a lot of questions unrelated to the retainer. The cost was on the low end in this region. I would recommend Dr. Hsieh to anyone who needs an Orthodontist.
