Visited two months ago to have an impacted wisdom tooth removed. The receptionist, anesthesiologist and the oral surgeon were all very nice and welcoming. The anesthesiologist made me feel very comfortable as I was very nervous about my sedation. All in all I had a good experience here. The only thing I would say needs improvement is the wait times. I did wait a while both times I visited this office.

One of the worst experiences with any medical provider in my 31 years of life. As a medical social worker, informed consent is an important value to me. After wisdom tooth extraction was recommended by the oral surgeon (1 month + prior to surgery), I asked for an estimate of out-of-pocket cost. I was not provided with this information until 22 hours prior to surgery. I was then informed by the service coordinator that it would be a $1300 out-of-pocket cost on day-of-surgery to ensure they could continue with the procedure. This was upsetting as I had (1) requested this info a month prior and (2) was informed after the deadline to cancel this surgery without charge. With this company’s cancellation policy, I would’ve been charged a few hundred dollars to cancel at this point. I then proceeded to call my insurance who confirmed this was an astounding cost and “had to be wrong.” My insurance company attempted to reach out to the dental office 9 times over the next 22 hours with no answer. I was finally able to connect with someone in the office 40 minutes prior to my surgery and three way called my insurance company on the call. There I quickly learned that this dental office charges significantly more than “fair market charges” which is why my out-of-pocket cost was so high despite insurance covering 50% of the cost. During my investigation, I also looked at past EOB’s and noticed they were fraudulently charging my insurance company for procedures that were not done on the dates the claims were submitted for (they had submitted claims during different visits 6 months apart). To conclude, as a medical social worker I cannot encourage perspective patients enough to run far away from this company. Not only do they fail to provide adequate informed consent in a timely manner, but also engage in predatory billing practices. Editing to add a photo of the service coordinator who failed to provide adequate services. Over the phone she said her name was Joanna, however, the office provided me with the name of Ioona Rodis…

Had a tooth removed, the staff is really nice and the dentist is great. I was in and out pretty quickly. Would definitely recommend the practice.

2/5 stars - 12/20/2023. I recently visited this place, and my experience was a bit mixed. First off, I was disappointed that despite leaving a message a day before my appointment, as they claimed, I never received a call. It would have been more convenient if they had communicated any eligibility issues when I scheduled the appointment a week ago. Additionally, the chronic long wait times were frustrating. Even arriving on time, I found myself waiting anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour before being called in. Not the most efficient use of time, especially considering I made an effort to be punctual. After all, I took time off work in order to schedule this appointment. One more drawback is their scheduling system for regular dental cleanings. Instead of being able to plan ahead for the next six months, you have to rely on them reaching out to you. It would be more convenient if they offered a structured scheduling system. Despite these issues, the actual dental care was satisfactory. I hope these concerns can be addressed for a better patient experience in the future.
