There should be 5 more stars to rate the perfect 10 that comprises the best experience of my lifetime with an Endiodontist - Dr. Richard Marcus is brilliant both in creating a comforting atmosphere and pain free root canal! He is a special person who requested that I pay it forward by going to a Police Precinct and expressing gratitude for all the work that is done for all of us. I complied and also gave them donuts to sweeten the sentiment.

I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Marcus and his team. When my dentist couldn't determine which tooth needed a root canal, she referred me to Dr. Richard Marcus in Huntington. I called, and they were able to schedule me for the very next day. The office staff was incredibly kind and friendly, and I was quickly taken in without a long wait. As I waited, I noticed how warmly the staff interacted with incoming patients, which immediately put me at ease. Jeff, the dental assistant who seated me, was both professional and personable. We chatted about our backgrounds, cultures, and favorite cuisines, and I almost forgot I was sitting in a dental chair. Dr. Marcus was amazing. He quickly identified the issue and treated me that same day. He patiently explained the entire procedure and what to expect afterward. I didn't feel an ounce of pain during the process! Dr. Marcus was comforting, empathetic, and gentle, with a great sense of humor. Joanne, who handled my checkout, was a pleasure to deal with. Every single person I encountered made me feel like family, which is a rare find these days. If I could, I’d give this office 10 stars. Excellent care and an outstanding team!

From the front desk people to the doctor, my experience was great! Dr. Marcus is on of the nicest doctors I have ever seen. Explains everything and made my root canal the best it could be. Follow up appointment 10 days later: another great experience. Dr Marcus truly is so kind. I hope I never need another root canal but if I do, I will come back.

The whole team at Marcus Dental are exceptional. Recently had an implant placed by Dr. Kapoor. She is phenomenal. Procedure was quick and painless (both during, and after). As a physician myself, I hope my patients leave my office feeling the way I feel when I leave this office. Would highly recommend.
