Warmly welcomed by Candy at the Front Desk upon entering. I had a delightful experience with Chelsea, Dental Hygienist. She was very conscientious and detailed in her cleaning my teeth. I also appreciate the education she shared for ultimate oral hygiene. Dr Chris P. gave a final assessment of the teeth and answered all questions I had with grace and kindness. Overall a stress free Dental visit!

I had never seen Dr Burke before and he came in and started talking to the dental assistant. I count not understand a word and it sounded to me he was talking to himself. When he came over to me . I think he said I had a cavity on tooth 27. He then started talking about my back two teeth that are fused together. I think he said one was broken and they needed to separate them and I think one should be pulled. When he left he said nice to meet you but he never introduced himself. I am sure he is a good dentist but not for me. When I come back Dr Kris can explain what he sees and how we should proceed. Thanks

Visit was wonderful, as usual! Dr. Kris is very careful, very kind, very gentle, and very conservative in treatment plans. He tries very hard to walk the line between taking care of things before damage is done, but not unnecessarily fixing things that aren't broken yet. My hygienist, Mary, was also a gem! She did a great job!

We had a very good experience with doctor Putrasahan together with his staff. Coincidentally, we come from the same country as Doctor Kris, namely Indonesia, so he helped us a lot in planning my and my family's dental care. All the staff were very attentive and remembered our names, which is very rare in our country for new patients. They are honest, open and do not force what they want to do. Doctor Kris always discusses and gives us time to think about the plans we want to carry out. We only spend 1,5 years in Phoenix because I just have temporary work assignment there, but the experience be taking care by Dr. Kris and his staff were unforgetting and we are so grate full that Dr. Kris can be a part of our friendship in Phoenix

Everyone in this office is professional and helpful. The dentists are the best as well. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

I just had my first visit with Logos Dentistry and was impressed with the process from end to end. Dr. Burke was very good, explaining the process as he went along and giving me a detailed treatment plan. I have never had a dentist spend so much time with me or explain things as well as he did. The staff was amazing from scheduling, greeting me as I came in, taking xrays, working with insurance and scheduling the follow-up plan. I would highly recommend Logos Dentistry!

Dr. Chris is amazing! He surrounds himself with excellent staff! We are always pleased with our care.
