I believe I’ve been a patient for 2 years now, everybody is lovely. From the ladies at the front to the dentists and of course, the hygienists. Laura is efficient with cleaning and she’ll keep you laughing throughout the appointment. You almost forget that it’s your least favorite adult chore. Thank you to everyone in the office!

The staff is incredibly friendly greeting you as you come in the door. Dr. Jonathan Louick, is knowledgeable and explains everything to you in understandable terms. He took the time fully go over my dental health, and presented several options on how to improve my teeth — and all this is done in a professional and positive manner. Very kind staff, extremely helpful with any and all questions I had. Alex was A+++. I high recommend Lionville Dental Associates.

Been at this location for a few yrs.Front desk staff is amazing!!! Karen, Carol and Sarah do an amazing job! They know who I like for my dental cleaning and my preferred dentist. Always smiling and pleasant!!! I have recommended to my friends when they were looking for a new dentist. There are a few locations: Parksburg and Colmar. Front staff and dentist were also amazing there!!!(trice is always cleaned and bright, specially with pandemic it's even welcoming coming in.

Awful service. I got to my appointment on time and the hygienist not only told me I had to come back to get my teeth cleaned because there somehow wasn’t time, but also tried to blame it on me being late when I was there in time and she just took me back late.

Has been a perfect experience here since I started going here towards perhaps 7 months into the pandemic in 2020. Great place, great people, staff seems happy too, decent hygenists (Kim and Cindy have been my hygenists and they're both great), Carol, Karen, Dr. Reuss, Dr. Z, etc. They're all great and seem to love what they do. I highly recommend this practice to anybody. Everybody cares here too. My fear of dentists went away from my very first visit back in 2020. 100% recommended. UPDATED 6/3/24 - I'd like to follow up to my earlier review and reconfirm that they are still the ultimate best.
