Ling Family Dentistry

I was not happy with my experience when i was seen at this dental office the other day. All the staff and hygienist’s were very nice, but Dr. Ling made me feel very anxious. I’ve had cavities filled throughout the years and NONE of them have ever hurt like the two he did. They were that big and didn’t take long to fix, so there is NO reason I should still be in pain today. I felt like he rushed through mine.. My daughter also saw him right after my appointment and she said the same thing. My mouth feels like i was punched in the face and when he injected the Novocain, I said, “Wow that really hurt!” He went on to tell me that I probably haven't needed that much anesthetic before.. I was numb for over 6 hours.. and yes, i have been very numb for others that i have needed worked on.. my daughter and I both said it felt like he stuck the needle in as far as it could go into our gums. Then when he was in fixing them, her and I both felt like we were going to suffocate because we were too afraid to say that we needed a break to rinse our mouths out. I tasted and felt things I have never experienced before and it was traumatizing.. Dr. Ling was also rude to his hygienist. When she wasn’t going fast enough, he snapped at her to hurry up, and when she gave him the wrong gauze or whatever it was, he throw it off my chest and on to the floor. I usually don't leave reviews because I’m not the kind of person to do so.. but I’m really sad that my daughter and I had to experience this. I loved the other dentists I’ve seen for the last 10+ years. However, they have all quit.. I WILL NOT let Dr. Ling work on my daughter’s or my mouth again.

Allison was great! I never felt a thing. Also, I arrived on the wrong day and luckily they got me in for a cleaning. Very happy with Ling!

I love Ling Family Dentistry. I always get great care and the Dentists and staff are very caring. I always feel that my options are explained when I have dental problems and they have the skills and equipment to handle all my needs.

My husband and I had appointments 10 minutes apart. We were called into our appointments at the scheduled time. Everyone was very nice and friendly. We did not feel rushed. I had asked for whitening trays and they managed to get them ready so that I could take them with me. This was our first time there and we were VERY pleased. We will be going back.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Mike Ling for years for all my dental needs. He is very gentle and listens to me. He’s very capable and caring Dentist. I also see a Dental Hygienist at Ling Family Dental. They are very accommodating in setting up appointments. Highly recommend them!
