Lifetime Family Dental

I went to this office to do two things: 1. Establish a new primary dentist and 2. Get an evaluation and quote for wisdom teeth removal with full sedation. They gave me a price and asked me if I wanted to see if I qualified for the Care Credit payment option (essentially a loan to help you pay in increments). I told them that sure I'd be willing to see if I qualified for it. Never ever once did they tell me by inquiring about my qualification for such a lone meant I was giving them authorization to open one for me. They constantly reiterated to me that this was going to be a qualification check and essentially a “soft pull” of my credit to do so. About a week later I receive a credit card in the mail with $14,000 of credit that was already deducted from the account for the cost of the procedure. I NEVER opened the account and I NEVER even scheduled for the service. Yet, these people already applied for the card in my name AND already took out the $14,000. I had to call the Care Credit company and file for fraud. The company did an investigation and found that I was not the individual who opened the account and that it was indeed done fraudulently. They gave me the name of the person who worked at the dentist office that applied for the loan with mg information and I had never even spoken to that person while I was there. I will NEVER go back here and I have told everyone I can to avoid this place. What awful, disgusting, and predatory business practices. I went to a different dentist and I got everything I needed done with full anesthesia and was quoted a QUARTER of what they did. I hope they are ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of patients like they did me. If I could give this place -10 stars, I would. They didn't even clean my teeth for me while I was there! Another issue was the “consultation” which included one set of X-Rays that WITH insurance was over $700. I got charged for three different X-rays and insurance ended up only covering one of them. Then when I asked for a copy of my X-rays to be sent over to the new, better dentist, the new dentist said the X-rays were so bad they were completely unusable and they had to do new ones. Thankfully the new dentist didn’t charge me for re-doing them which was a life-saver. So I essentially paid $700+ out of pocket for unusable X-rays and they didn’t even touch my teeth beyond that.

I’ve had a lifetime of painful dental work. Currently working and have been over the last two years, replacing failing crowns with Dr Gudger and team. Truth is I’ve been traumatized by so much lifelong dental work. Enter the team at Lifetime Dental. They hold my hand, they understand I’m scared and everyone is so empathetic Skill? Ten Star. High tech dentist. He’s adept and fast. Totally in sync with the patient in his chair. Can’t say enough wonderful things about this group. Just the best. Relax. They can fix your issues and they truly care. Btw. I have six implants. Dr Gudger has done three. He’s amazing! Love Hailey and Jana as well. Thanks to the entire staff.
