Same-Day Tooth Extraction & Excellent Service I called Lifetime Dentistry at Short Pump for a same-day tooth extraction, and they had an appointment available right away. The entire experience was fantastic! The receptionist was incredibly helpful, breaking everything down in simple terms so I understood what to expect. The office was clean, modern, and equipped with the latest technology, making the entire visit smooth and efficient. The staff were friendly and welcoming, immediately putting me at ease. Dr. K was knowledgeable, professional, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. They explained everything clearly and were very understanding of my concerns. The process was quick, painless, and I felt well taken care of from start to finish. If you're looking for a dentist who is both professional and compassionate, I highly recommend Dr. K and her team. They’ve earned my trust and future visits! I even book my wife appointment.

My experience at Lifetime dentistry with Meredith, who was awesome at explaining every single detail from taking the x-rays to exactly what she was doing and explaining it in detail so I could under understand the lingo! Also, Dr. K was awesome, super personable and came up with a great treatment plan for me. I just love this place!!! I was extremely impressed. Words cannot even say how impressed I was with the excellent CUSTOMER SERVICE from when I first walked into the door from the front desk staff that greeted me with smiles!

Beautiful office with ANGELS working there. Meredith, Brooklyn, and Dr. K were absolute delights to work with. I haven’t been to a dentist is over a decade and they treated me with such care, answered all my questions, and made me feel seen and not judged. Lifetime Dentistry Short Pump is truly exceptional! As someone who gets nervous at dentist appointments, I was made to feel comfortable from the moment I walked in the door. Rachel at the front desk is AMAZING, and my hygienist took wonderful care to explain everything she was going to do. She discussed the X-rays with me and explained what the numbers 2, 3, 2 meant—something no other dentist or hygienist had ever shared with me before. This kind of transparency and patient education is so reassuring. A friend referred me to this practice, and I’m incredibly grateful for it. Dr. K was pleasant, professional, and understanding. Their entire team made what is usually a stressful experience for me so much more manageable. They are definitely stuck with me now! Highly recommend! I wish I could leave 10 stars!!

The staff was polite and professional. The office is cleaned and tidy. It was a very long exam and I wish that I had known more about what was going to happen before it happened. Nothing negative but I would have been able to change my schedule. I would have liked the little bit more information before I went through with that day. But I'm glad that I went.
