Liberty Park Dental- James J Dixson, DDS

I recently switched to Liberty Park Dental and felt the front desk support, dental work and updated techniques were far better than any dental office I have ever been to. Dr. Dixon removed and replaced a crown the same day which was amazing and due to the fact that they have the latest and best technology. I can't say how much I appreciate the advice and expertise of this office!

I recently had an urgent dental situation for my 5-year-old daughter. Our regular pediatric dentist was out of town, so I reached out to Dr. Buckner’s office. They promptly scheduled an appointment for the same day and performed the necessary dental work the following day. Dr. Buckner was incredibly patient with my daughter, explaining the process thoroughly and putting her at ease. I’m impressed with their efficient service and compassionate care. From now on, I’ll be exclusively using Dr. Buckner’s office for our dental needs.

A HUGE thank you to Dr. Andrew Buckner. He has been my dentist since starting at Liberty Park Dental and is wonderful. I had a crown placed and he walked me through the process, knowing dental work makes me very nervous. He's also very knowledgeable and current with the dental industry. The quality of the crown he created (yes, in house) popped right on and was a perfect fit. Simply amazing watching his work. Such a kind soul as well. He will forever be my dentist!

Dr. Dixson is the best dentist in town! Our entire family have been coming here for 7 years. Always a great experience. The entire staff always makes you feel welcome. They go above and beyond to work with your scheduling needs. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!

Update: Since my first visit and Melissa the hygienist, I have had two other hygienist at each of my two other visits. My preference is to have the same hygienist year after year. Apparently that isn't going to be possible here, presumably because of the high turnover. Also an update: I had a crown replaced which then broke a month later. I expected a quick replacement but had to wait 2 months for an appointment just to retake the molds. 3 months with a broken crown is not acceptable. As far as dentistry, Dr. Dixon is clearly skilled. But, I think the business model leaves patients with my expectations wanting. I have my teeth cleaned religiously every 6 months. I am usually pretty hesitant when using a new hygienist, and I was hesitant with Melissa as well. However, she did the absolute best job that I've ever had done. I also truly appreciated the openness and the honesty of the entire staff. They understand that people have a choice and they seem to be doing their best to make sure that you get the service that you deserve. This was my first time visiting, but they will be my primary dentist from now on.
