I LOVE this dental practice. Dr. Avey is, by far, the bear dentist I have ever been to (I'm 46 years old). The staff is AMAZING as well. Malena was FANTASTIC. Even, the front office staff is great!! I couldn't possibly say enough good things about them. They are all thoughtful, compassionate, and really take the time to make sure you understand everything. Dr. Avey is kind, considerate, and thoughtful in the care he provides. He explains everything and is very skillful in the care he provides. Always an awesome experience!! ?

I’m in the process of fixing most of my teeth and Dr. Yip and staff have been so wonderful! I need a lot of work done and Dr. Yip and staff stayed late to make sure we got the first step of my process done. I appreciate the time and care as I have never had great dental experiences until coming to this office!

Everyone there is really great! They are personable and I feel comfortable every time I have an appointment. The Dentists, hygienist, and assistants are knowledgeable and put any concerns at ease. My entire family goes here, and they all love it too!!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This office is over billing with no explanation. I only discovered their error when I paid my account balance in full and then was charged with an additional $149 the following day. When I attempted to communicate with them, my phone calls were dodged by their billing department. Eventually I contacted my insurance to review the charges and confirmed what I should have owed out of pocket for my services. Liberty Oaks Dental had overcharged me by almost $700. I was able to dispute the charges with my bank and it was returned, again with no communication from Liberty Oaks Dental. As of today, I was notified that I have new charges on my account that are labeled as "miscellaneous." I have not been back and they were not able to provide my bank with reasoning for my original charges, so there is no explanation for these either. DO NOT use this office. If you scroll through the reviews, you will find other instances of overcharging. They hide the negative reviews by pushing patients to leave positive ones, so make sure you read them all before making an appointment!
