I needed to have a crown made for one of my molars and I was absolutely pleased from start to finish. The procedure went very well and my crown feels great! Thank you for the great work.

But whoever I just spoke to on the phone at the front desk was the rudest person in customer service I have dealt with in a long time. I’ve been seeing Dr. J since I was a baby and so had my whole family…. Recent years been seeing Dr. Harrison…. My insurance has changed a lot this year and she totally just mocked me on the phone. Hopefully she was having a bad day because for as long as I remember they have always been so welcoming like family…. Please have a talk with your receptionists. Unacceptable. Wished I paid more attention when she answered the phone to get her name….

Lauren walked me through every process she was going to do and made sure I was okay throughout my appointment. Dr. Harrison was so personable and nice. I felt safe, heard, and cared for from the moment I made my appointment to when I left the building. I highly recommend.
