I love this location, the staff, the vibe. I truly wish they could be my primary care doctors and specialists. It is a pleasure and I actually look forward to my appointments. A shout out to Esther today… She initially fitted me for Invisaline (embarrassingly 2 years ago.) I’m back again for a do over since I slacked off on my time wearing them. I might be the longest running patient to actually finish up my trays ? but they didn’t judge me for it once. They helped me through it and made it light and fun. They also address any ridiculous or long winded questions I have with a zest for life I wish I had in general. ? Appointments are easy, flexible and plenty to choose from w various locations and great staff. Always good to walk back in and catch the same happy vibe with the same happy employees. The morale here is solid. I did meet a new Dr they added and she was insanely wonderful. Thank you Leone & Vaughn. Best decision I ever made to do this and to have you do it.

I sincerely cannot stress or say enough wonderful positive things about my experience with LVO at the various locations. (I have been to two in Seattle,& Bellevue.) You are in trustworthy & competent hands with the people, the technology, the environment. I am so glad I didn’t wait or bother to compare places or look elsewhere!!! I was referred by a staff member from The Whittaker in west seattle location to try LVO for Invisaline. She was in the middle of her process with Invisaline. I am no stranger to doctors, procedures, surgeries- having been in a fatal car accident years ago, so I hope this review serves those who find it well. The process is well worth the investment of time, money & life changing. I will say my process took longer for me - to no fault but my own- because life got in the way of me following the EASY instructions to have a new smile quickly. I also slacked off. What a drag to prolong the beautiful results that were unfolding. If ya don’t slack off, don’t lose your teeth and stay motivated when life gets in the way with following your instructions, it can be FAST and truly excitingly beautiful results to see your teeth reposition themselves to a new radiant looking smile. I was amazed how my teeth were changing so quickly. A HUGE shout out to GAIL again… She is truly an amazing personable professional. This is also true for the numerous staff working hard at the phones, desk to keep you happy, on schedule and all with an attitude that they seem to love where they work… and of course the doctors. From the moment I walked in they have taken good care of me in a timely attentive manner with such joy to share! Truly. (The Bellevue location has a parking garage where your parking can be validated for those who don’t know.)

I am getting Invisalign treatment from LVO and have been to their Interbay and Bellevue offices. Both of their offices are great and the staff is friendly. The equipments that they use are the best in class (much better than my primary care dentist's). I usually get appointments easily whenever I want. Special shout out to Dena who did my checkup today. She was caring and knowledgeable. She advised me on what to do for the final weeks of my treatment (gave the instructions clearly written in a sticky note - she cares a lot). I had similar positive experience in all my previous appointments as well in my 1.5 years of treatment with them in both the offices.

I came to this business due to good reviews, although the dentist and staffs there are great I am disappointed in the lack of transparency in the financial aspect. I was led to believe that they will bill my insurance my quoted price and the rest will be my responsibility. I got back the estimated but they fail to explain to me that they only bill the insurance in the increments of the quoted copay back in 2023.If I know then I would not make any changes in my insurance plan in 2024. Now after 5 MONTHS into 2024, the financial people contacted me and told me the new insurance won’t cover my treatment. Well of course not for this year because I thought it was all done last year. Anyway, please read carefully and make sure they explain how they bill the insurance and get a layout. Now I am stuck with paying extra on op of the already expensive treatment if I don’t want to stop the treatment early. The financial personnel even said it is up to me if I want to stop the treatment early, well no duh, what else can I do. Overall, learn from my experience and check everything clearly so you don’t feel cheated. P.S the dentists and their assistants are great, this is for the financial department.

Getting braces as an adult is a bit of a harrowing experience but my treatment at Leone and Vaughn has been a great one. I’ve been to 3 of their locations, but I especially like Bellevue with the ease of the parking garage (and parking validation). A lot of the appointments are with the assistants and I’ve always found them to be just as great as the doctors, and have had an especially nice experience with Cristal as I’ve seen her the most and she always remembers me! I’m nearing the end of my treatment and highly recommend this office!
