I contacted Lenexa Family Dental after I noticed some discoloration on my back tooth. The office staff were nice and professional. I was able to get in quickly. Dr Charity identified some decay forming on two of my back teeth. He showed me the x-rays. I was alarmed but relieved when he was able to repair the 2-back tooth during that very same appointment. The next day, he reached out just to make sure my teeth were feeling ok. That was nice. A few days later, I thought something was wrong because my bite just felt off and that caused me to stress out and grind my teeth. He directed me to a temporary night guard to mediate the grinding. I guess I was looking for the same feeling I was use too. Eventually I did get another appointment scheduled where Dr Charity took some xrays and did a deep dive explanation. He took the time to explain why my bite felt different and the need for the change. I learned I was headed to more expensive dental work if the bite was not corrected. I left that appointment feeling relieved and cared for. Dr Charity really cares about his patients. I can be a bit much when I think something is wrong, but Dr Charity helped me understand my teeth and the work that needed to be done. Thanks Dr Charity! I am so glad you are my dentist. I wish I could give you more stars because I really appreciate your patience with me.
