I can't recommend this dental office enough! My two kids actually look forward to their visits because they always feel so comfortable getting their teeth cleaned and checked. Kaitlyn, the dental hygienist, is incredibly patient and kind, making each visit enjoyable for them. The front desk staff are also fantastic—always sending friendly reminders and making the experience seamless. Everyone is so welcoming. It’s a great place for kids and families!

The most pleasant experience at the dentist ! I had a super kind and professional hygienist who spent the time to explain what the cleaning would consist of. She also made sure to check in to see if i had any discomfort or issues during the cleaning. Front office staff are so friendly and the office is super clean! Dr. Kate was wonderful too. Overall the best experience Ive had and I would highly recommend the team/ their services.

I don’t know what to say. I googled them before coming there and was expecting a different experience. The cleaning hygienist was very gentle, rather light touch. I did not feel that my teeth and gums were thoroughly cleaned. Usually the hygienist takes longer. This time was fast and light. The doctor was thorough and spent time explaining and listening.

Me, my wife and my daughter started going this dental place last year. They're very nice and friendly. Everything went well till I got an invoice for $699.86. Every time I went there, I made sure I paid the balance for the portion insurance didn't cover. When I received the invoice, I talked to Melissa at the Budd Lake office. I said, I paid every time something was not covered and she agreed with that and she said that the insurance was maxed out. And I said how come you don't tell me at the time of visit and she said she always tell the customers but she didn't know who was there at the desk at that time. I also told her there were 4 finance charges $30 each since I was there last time which was 3-4 months ago. I said how come I never received an invoice till this time and no one even told me. Long story short, she told me she would sent me to the collections. First of all, no one from their office communicated with me and they kept charging finance on my account. Secondly, it was their mistake since they should tell me exactly what insurance covers so we can wait on couple unurgent items since my insurance would be renewed in a couple of months.

The dentists and the hygienists are great! The front desk people, not so much. Every time I go I’m always being charged hundreds or thousands of dollars more than what I was originally told. Some people don’t have tons of money lying around for unexpected charges. Please tighten your billing practices, if there is a balance that will be owed let your patients know prior to services so that they can prepare.
