Grateful that there are doctors like doctor Kolnick, who is a top Endodontist for many reasons. He literally saved teeth that others in his field said couldn’t be done. He is so kind and his first priority is making the patient feel comfortable. He thoroughly explains everything about the procedure and shares and explains X-rays etc. the staff and assistants are wonderful and reflect the standard of excellence that the doctors at Advanced Endodontics demand. Again..I am so grateful to have found them!

No-one looks forward to having this type of dental work done, Dr. Kolnick is amazing -and everything you'd want in a doctor. He clearly explains what needs to be done -and is very down to earth - The office is run efficiently - I wouldn't go anywhere else if i needed to have more work done.

Dr Diamond is great. She explained everything and made my root canal easier than expected.

Dr Diamond is wonderful. I strongly recommend her. She is gentle and very thorough. She made sure to answer all my questions and explained the treatment plan going forward regarding my care. I felt safe in her expert hands. The office staff were friendly and I felt instantly at ease. Although I was seen out-of-network, they offered to put the claim in for me. After my procedure, I was called to ensure that my comfort level was good. It was a very positive endodontic experience.

It is a challenge to adequately encapsulate the remarkable encounter I had yesterday with Advanced Endodontics of Westchester-White Plains. I was in pain for two days and had high anxiety as a result of negative dental experiences in the past. Because I delayed treatment, I was afraid that I would lose the tooth. I was sure that the pain indicated infection. Dr. Diamond's demeanor was super calm, kind and capable. First she listened to my concerns and understood the anxiety. She started me on oxygen then nitrous oxide, a mild sedative that had me relaxed before the numbing agent she applied prior to the injection. She waited patiently while the sedative and numbing 'took'. In the past I felt like a jackhammer was loose in my mouth. Yesterday her touch was so soft that my lipstick was not even smudged (!!!) when she completed the root canal. As she worked, she provided information. The tooth was not infected. The tooth was salvageable. The procedure was uncomplicated. Doris, her assistant was kind, and competent. I was made to feel protected as in "We got you." I got an email with the scans and notes from the visit. When the anesthetic wore off, I expected pain, but there was none. I know this an insane thing to say... but I am actually looking forward to the second root canal that I will need. I cannot say enough about Dr. Diamond and her team. Office is state of the art. Clean. Comfortable. Lanisa, front desk was welcoming ,warm and knowledgeable. Easily 5 plus stars. Thank you! and G-d Bless you. Miriam
