Loretta was thorough while also taking the time to explain each step of the procedure, which I really appreciated. She answered all my questions with patience and provided helpful tips for my dental hygiene routine. After my cleaning, I left the office with not only a fresh, clean feeling but also a sense of trust in their dental care. Doctor Kaffey is awesome. He’s very knowledgeable about not only dentistry but topics outside the scope of dentistry so it’s really fun talking to him before he puts his hands in my mouth. The rest of the staff are awesome too. Shout out to Dennis, my favorite dental assistant who’s always got a little fun fact to share before getting started. Lightening the mood and reaching a level of comfortability with me goes a long way. Dr Kaffey is also very quick and precise, most appointments are easy and painless. Always a pleasure
