Leadership by Design was instrumental in acquiring my practice. Weather it was finding the best loan or negotiating the terms of the buy out I would not have been able to do it without them! Dr. Schroeder was an insightful mentor for me through my dental school education, and instilled in me how to develop team building skills for dentistry. This has helped me tremendously in my early career.
