The office staff is very friendly and accommodating. I'm sure Dr Nguyen is a competent dentist but his bedside manner needs work. I'm a new patient, and he did not introduce himself or smile once. Short answers to my questions. It seemed like he had other stuff to do.

I have been a patient of Laser Dental Since 2007. Dr. Hien Nuygen is a very professional and caring dentist. He cleans your teeth and is fast and painless. I have had crowns and bridges and fillings done. His staff, including his assistants and office personnel, are also always very nice. When anyone asks me for a dentist referral, I always give them Dr. Nuygen’s name and phone number.

Rita, Celeste, Doctor, and back office team are simply the best. Great communication and Dr. Nguyen was extremely gentle while tending to my clinical needs. Definitely appreciate the quality work.

Disappointing Experience – Root Canal Led to Tooth Extraction I had a root canal procedure done by Dr. Hien Nguyen on 06/12/24 and unfortunately, the experience did not turn out well. After following all post-care instructions, a month went by and I started experiencing persistent pain and discomfort. Despite multiple follow-up visits including getting a permanent crown at star dental, the issues were not resolved, and ultimately, I had to get the tooth extracted by another dental professional. I feel disappointed because I trusted that the root canal would save my tooth, but it ended up costing me more in terms of time, money, and stress. While the staff was generally courteous , Dr. Nguyen was dismissive and did not take the time to listen to my concerns which made me feel uncomfortable and unheard. I believe that patient care should include not only technical expertise but also a compassionate and attentive approach, which I did not experience here. I cannot recommend this practice for root canal procedures based on my personal experience.

Very clean atmosphere and friendly caring staff. Normal I'm very anxious at Dentist appts but everyone put me at ease. Surprisingly relaxing although I had a very painful tooth infection. They took care of me quickly. I have just recently moved to Nevada and wasn't sure which dentist office to choose but can across a Groupon and decide to try here and so glad I found and did.
