Lasater George D DDS

Dr. Lasater and hygienist Pat Macy seem to operate quasi-independently, but they are both in the same office and are both excellent at what they do. Dr. Lasater was very thorough in his evaluation and even caught potential problems that others had missed or ignored. Pat's schedule was quite booked so it took a couple months to get a cleaning scheduled. Once you get on the normal 6mos intervals though, there shouldn't be a problem. It is obvious from my visit that Pat thoroughly enjoys and takes pride in her profession. After seeing umpteen dentists & hygienists throughout the US, these two are the best! FYI: google users, map placement is incorrect. Office is opposite the Ward Pkwy Shopping center on State Line.

Dr. George is, by far, the best dentist I've ever been to. He has been in the 'business' for a very long time, but is up on all the latest, easiest, most gentle procedures available. I've had him do everything from cavities to root canals to extractions, and they have all been quick, the least painful, and the most satisfactory I've ever had. I noticed a few other comments regarding no pain-killer and no protective covering for X-rays. I quite frankly don't believe them. I've never had to ask for a lead apron - they have provided me with one every single time. And as for no pain-killer? I'm a big tough guy, but an absolute sissy in the dentist's chair. I'm the one who usually grabs the arm rests and bends them. Dr. Lasater knows this and shoots me up, waits for a bit, then returns to give me another. And he never hesitates to provide more during a lengthy procedure if I start hurting. I've been going to Dr. Lasater for over 15 years and will only stop if he retires.

I've been a patient of Dr. Lasater for nearly 20 years. Everyone in the office is awesome and he's a great dentist. Also, his prices are very competitive.
