Las Vegas Braces

My daughter had an appointment in the beginning of May for braces. First they told us we have to wait to see if her insurance will cover the braces, if not we have to pay around $5000. We waited, waited and waited. Every time I called the office to check the status of approval from insurance, they told me the problem is from her insurance that it takes so long and there are other families that have been waiting as well. Today, 8/20/2024, after waiting for 3.5 months, I called the office to check on status again and they told me that this whole time the problem was actually coming from their office and corporate. She kept giving me excuses about changes in the office and we will have to wait about 2 more weeks. When I asked why did you lie to me every time I called you blaming the insurance, she said “ Of course I am not gonna blame our office, I have to blame the insurance.” I was speechless. I knew I have to leave that office immediately and that this company is a complete scam!! Called my daughter’s dentist, they found me another office next to my house. Made an appointment for next week. The new office was shocked about what happened with Las Vegas Braces and told me that my daughter will have braces by the end of September the latest.

Each time I’ve had the pleasure of having to call this company I am placed on hold for longer then 15 mins each time Diana is very unprofessional I asked for another locations number an was placed on hold again for another 20 mins! I wouldn’t suggest coming to this location! This is why i go way across town because the Simmons location is much more professional!

Everyone there is great except for one employee named Dana . Very unprofessional rude , always has an attitude , and comes off as down right a miserable unhappy person . All of which is fine as long as you don’t have to deal with people . Also my home phone was used as contact info was receiving my confirmation for appointments through text which does not work with a landline phone ! Now I automatically get charged for no shows when this is not my fault and lack of doing her job properly . Can we get someone pleasant when you first walk in ?

8/16/2024 Wrote my last review a few years ago, however, I'd fully recommend this company. Almost done with my treatment, and the staff and experience have been great. If you're looking for affordable cost and quality this is the best company for that. Thanks, again. _____________ Very caring staff. They always work with me for my available times for appointments. Very disappointed with the service I've received. I had my 4th appointment yesterday and this was the first time the doctor actually came over and checked my braces. However, communication was terrible, he literally just checked my braces and didn't even spend 2 minutes with me. When I had my initial appointment I was told there were certain things that would take place during my treatment. Not only has this not happened but I've received no type of update as to my progress or the next steps. Dealing with LV braces hasn't been the best experience. From billing to treatment this pricess has been unpleasant. I personally just want my braces off and would not recommend them to anyone wanting a personable quality experience.

Meaka!!! that’s my girl!!! she is super sweet, friendly, a social butterfly all around. she also is really gentle every time she has to take out/put in the wires. hope that fellow new patients get to experience someone as amazing as her! :)
