I highly recommend this dental office! The entire team was kind, courteous, and efficient. During my cleaning, they were gentle and kept me informed every step of the way. I never thought I’d say I enjoyed a trip to the dentist, but I’m genuinely looking forward to my next visit. I’ll be bringing my whole family here! Thank you to everyone!

I’ve always come to Lane & Associates for my dental needs, and the Mount Olive office has my heart as I’ve gone there for years. ?? Recently, I moved and decided to try out a different Lane & Associates location in Raleigh. They took great care of me, and I’m glad to see that their exceptional service is consistent across different locations. The two ladies at the front desk were very sweet and welcoming, answering all of my questions. The dentist was very attentive and knowledgeable, the dental hygienist was gentle, and the dental assistant was incredibly friendly. Will forever recommend L&A?

Dr Jennifer Hsu is my favorite! I've never experienced such gentleness, patience and she is very friendly. She genuinely cares about her patients. If you dred going to the dentist like I did you don't need to anymore in her hands.

Lane and Associates at Ridge Road is wonderful! I’ve been going there for the last 5 years and never experienced any issues. The staff is always very nice and friendly and I get my teeth cleaned quickly and efficiently. I’ve also had cavities filled there and they did great. It’s a bonus that they provide free tooth whitening gel every visit when I ask for it. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a great dentist!

I did not have a positive experience at the Raleigh Ridge location. As a new patient, I visited for a general cleaning and was informed that I required extensive dental work, including five cavities that needed fillings and gum grafting. I sought out a second opinion from a different practice without mentioning the original diagnosis— they found no cavities, and no need for the suggested procedures. The entire process during my initial visit felt questionable, particularly as several additional treatments were recommended without clear explanations including the cost and coverage. I would hope this location reconsiders this approach to patient care.

The staff here are great and make it very easy to come in and get work done. I’m glad another dentist office caused me to leave there practice bc if I didn’t I wouldn’t have found such a wonderful dental office to come too.
