Lane & Associates Family Dentistry - Cary Tryon

Stacy was so nice and caring. She made my experience. I am new to the Cary area and it was so nice to have a friendly presence. My teeth feel so clean and look the best the have in years. I cannot thank them enough for the positive experience. I am no longer scared of the dentist!

This was my first visit. Tiffany, the front desk wrangler, was impressive to say the least- juggling jangling phones and customer traffic while balancing waves of paperwork … and all with a pleasant, caring demeanor! Stacy, my hygienist is amazing. She moved through each stage of new patient assessment with caring efficiency while providing clear instructions. Stacy’s cleaning techniques were thorough yet gentle, even in areas difficult to reach or with buildup. All the while I felt comfortable and relaxed in Stacy’s care. Last but not least, Dr. Hsu was equally caring and skilled, demonstrating respectful professionalism. I am grateful to have found this team!

I absolutely adore and love Stacy!! She handled me with care and consideration. She definitely made me feel comfortable and welcomed. I recommend her cleaning your teeth. Tiffany at the front desk is very welcoming and friendly as well. Dr. Ryan; is also someone I recommend. I met her for the first time today and I felt confident in her decisions. Google rates 5 stars but I say 10 out of 10 for these ladies ❤️

Im the type of person to get nervous when going to the dentist, but this location changed that for me! Starting from the front desk, to the assistant and then to the doctors. I had Amber as my assistant who was amazing, she was able to tell when I was anxious and her kind words would calm me down, she would also listen to what I had to say and talk me through it. Thank you Lane and Associates on Tryon in Cary and to Amber for not giving up on my anxiousness while also staying professional.

Ever since my first appointment in 2022, I’ve always been taken care of at Lane and Associates Cary Tryon. The staff, especially Stacy who is my hygienist, have been very reassuring when I expressed concerns about my oral health. I have never been more grateful to have a hygienist like Stacy; she is very knowledgeable about what it takes to maintain good oral health and she also answers all my questions fully. She is gentle, even through cleanings which do have their uncomfortable moments. 5/5 would recommend her services, as I would with everyone at Lane and Associates!

Overall fantastic visit! Special mention to the dental assistant, Alanna, and dentist, Dr. Hsu. for being warm and thoughtful while performing a very thorough exam and cleaning. They immediately made me feel at ease and walked me through everything. Highly recommend!
