Lane & Associates Family Dentistry - Cary St. Charles

Dr. Mehta, and the entire team at lane and associates family Dentistry are amazing. This team made my daughter feel like she was part of their family on her first visit. They are sincere and conscientious and make an extreme effort in making sure she feels confident and congenial in the care provided. Upon arrival to the office, everyone available greets you sincerely, smiles and welcomes you back. My dental anxiety has finally been erased after the first visit thanks to the astounding staff at lane & associates . Looking forward to future care and continue working to get the amazing smile for my entire family.I know the team will help me achieve these goals in the near future. Highly recommend to anyone looking for any type of dental work.

I have never liked going to the dentist. Going always made me think of pain. But my experience with Lane & Associates was different. Everyone was great and made me feel comfortable. Rodolfo is amazing! Dr. Meta is awesome too. She was patient either me and helped me feel comfortable. Thank you all so much!

I love visiting this place. Everyone treats you like family, especially the staff who perform the procedures. I particularly enjoy getting my cleanings done with Meryeme. she’s fantastic at it. She’s gentle and makes the time fly by as we talk about life. She always shares amazing tips on living a healthy life and maintaining excellent oral health.

Let me start off by saying I am so thankful and glad that I gave this dentist office a chance. I’ve been looking for a great one in the area since I am new here, and this office is great. I went for a cleaning and my hygienist was Meryeme. She was super friendly and fast. She knew exactly what she was doing and was able to answer every question I asked her. Proud to say I FINALLY found my dentist office and my new dental hygienist Meryeme :)!

Had a great cleaning with Nicole Martin. She was very prompt upon my arrival and very thorough with my cleaning. She asked my concerns if any and provided very clear and concise answers. The dentist was great as well. Very patient with his assessment and identified all areas that needed future treatment. First class service all around.

The loveliest, most caring people. They do everything possible to make sure you are comfortable and pain-free. They’re also great at communicating to patients about exactly what’s going on, and what the options for treatment are. Definitely recommend!

I would like to preface this review b6y saying I am elderly, ambulate with a walker and had to make arrangements for transportation since I no loner drive. Yesterday I arrived at this office at 11:00 for my scheduled appointment with my dentist to have cavities filled. While trying to check in there was some discussion amongst staff at front desk before a woman came out to speak with me .She informed me that because I did not answer my home telephone the day before when this office called to confirm my appointment, that I had been " bumped" today, "meaning my appointment had been given to another patient. I was told I could either re-schedule or wait and see " a new dentist.. "I explained to the staff that my 99 year old mother lives with me and that I had to leave her for a few minutes while I ran a quick errand. I added that she probably didn.t answer the phone because she did' not recognize the number. Staff again re-iterated my choices. In further discussion with another staff member I was told that they have to operate this way otherwise " It messes with the dentist's schedule." I told them to please cancel any future appointments as I would not be coming back.
