I had the most amazing experience at Lakeview endontucs a little over 6 months ago. I had the worst tooth infection in an existing root canal,was desperate to save my tooth and in an incredible pain. I called and managed to get an appointment really quick. First,the front desk people were very nice and kind. I was worried about the costs and they explained everything in detail.They were spot on with what my insurance would cover and gave me exactly the amount I would have to pay. The office is gorgeous,feels like a spa.it smells good,it is quiet and inviting and I felt very comfortable. Most importantly,Dr Mindy Van was amazing!it was a very complicated case and she explained everything and gave me all my options. She spent a lot of time on the procedure making sure she was giving me the best treatment even though it was more complicated to treat. Her bedside manners were fantastic and she made sure I was always comfortable. She saved my tooth and recovery was very smooth. I had a follow up visit at 6 months to make sure everything was going well at no extra billing or cost. The whole experience at Lakeview endodontics was amazing and I felt like everyone really genuinely cared and was very helpful. I won't hesitate fto come back if I need endodontic care and will recommend to everyone.

I had my third (and hopefully last!) root canal today at Lakeview Endodontics, and each experience was five star worthy. My first RC was with Dr. Teahan, who was very kind and gentle throughout the procedure. This was a correction to my very first root canal, which was done poorly at a "budget" office about eight years ago. It's been about two years since Dr. Teagan's RC and I haven't had a single issue since. My last two were with Dr. Cheng. Both of these procedures were more complicated than a typical RC (the first was an emergency where we learned that tooth had crossed roots, and the second was for an upper molar in the very far back, which also happened to grow in at an angle). Dr. Cheng did a great job explaining all of my options to me and making sure I was informed of every step of the procedure. He also made sure I was aware of the "post op" care I needed to follow. I was especially grateful to him and his assistant during my emergency root canal as they both stayed late to help me -- it was a situation where I thought I'd have to go to the emergency room because I could not manage the pain on my own, and they saw me the same day that I contacted them. The reception staff is also very kind and has always answered or returned my calls quickly. Overall, this office offers a very comfortable environment and does their best to ensure a pain free, successful procedure. I'd recommend to anyone in need of endodontic treatment without hesitation!
