The staff at Lakeland Creek Family Dental is consistently friendly, kind, and professional. Dr. Mark Dankowski is both highly skilled and approachable. I am always satisfied with the work he does. I highly recommend Lakeland Creek Family Dental to anyone seeking a routine cleaning or looking to enhance their smile.

With all the choices in the area, I definitely made the right choice. Dr. Dankowski is personable and thorough. I can’t say enough about Janet the hygienist. I love that she stands while cleaning my teeth, making it easier to do a GREAT job. If you aren’t a patient here, you’re missing out. Also they have hours that work for everyone.

They were polite and listened to what you had to say. The office is very clean so is The examination rooms. The dental assistant and dental hygienist we’re nice and very good at their job. Everyone I spoke to seemed very concerned and listened to my concerns. Like I said the rooms were very clean everyone was very knowledgeable about their jobs. The doctor was very nice .he listened to what I had to say and my concerns. The doctor and the ladies in the office answered any of my questions I asked.I’ve been to many dentist this one by far was the best I’ve been to.

I made an appointment and asked that they send me the paperwork via mailing to me. I explained that I have a disability and this way I can fill it out before I get there. They said they would check and get back to me and I never heard back. A week later I emailed them asking the same and never heard back. I showed up 20 minutes before my appointment. There was no one at the window. I rang the door bell as the sign asked and ten minutes went by and no answer. I rang it a second time and waited ten minutes still no one. Fifteen minutes later for a total of 25 minutes. The staff walked in and said oh we just got back from lunch. I said no one was at the window and she said oh she went to lunch with us. Then started to laugh and I said I don't think waiting 25 minutes is funny. She said oh I'm sorry, what a empty apology. I filled out the paperwork and then went it back she asked me a few questions and I said I put that Information on the paperwork she said oh. I got my cleaning done and will NEVER go back at all. The entire experience was a BIG JOKE. Don't get me wrong everyone deserves to go out for lunch to get a break and recharge. However they should have put up a sign saying so and when they would return. I was ready to call the police because I didn't know if someone was there and had a Medical issue and needed help. If they are as top notch as they say they are that would include attention to all details. Actions speak louder than words. Also, I find it very interesting that the doctor is so arrogant. That him and his team cannot admit they failed miserably on my first and final visit to their office. That itself says a lot about the office.

Today I had a tooth extraction and most of the tooth was already gone. Dr. Dankowski was awesome. My anxiety was through the roof but he talked me through it and I felt no pain. He removed the tooth. Years ago he removed three of my wisdom teeth. They are awesome. His staff is great
