My first visit with Lakebrink-Mitts dental went smoothly. I personally am very anxious about seeing the dentist. From check in, to cleaning my teeth and then seeing the dentist was very pleasant. They took the time to work around the muscle spasm in my jaw which I am very grateful. Glad to have been referred here. Thank you for all you do!

Called in on Monday, they got me in on Tuesday a.m. did amazing work on my damaged teeth. Before and after pics.

Missed my appointment by 25 minutes due to a mix up of appointment times. I tried to explain that I had made a mistake and thought my appointment was at 10:15 but was cut off by the receptionist stating my appointment was at 9:50. I drove over a hour for my appointment and had to pay for daycare for the day and take the whole day off of work to go to a dentist. I haven’t been in 3 years and was looking forward to getting my teeth cleaned now that I finally have insurance and even explained this to the receptionist upon scheduling my initial appointment. I understand them canceling my appointment and I even offered to pay the $45 cancellation fee but all I got was shortness in return. I guess I dodged a bullet. Will be scheduling a first appointment with someone else.

Ise and her assistant made having 5 teeth pulled so comfortable and smooth. I've had bad experiences at dentist before but this team really goes above and beyond to make you comfortable.

1st time patient and I am so impressed! The office is beautiful. You are greeted with a smile and treated with kindness from the moment you walk in! My hygienist, Ben, was THE BEST! I was a little anxious and he connected with me immediately, making me feel so much better. I highly recommend this practice!
