These girls are Family. Just a catch up session when I go in. To know them is to love them. Their concern for overall well-being not just Dental Care. Don't get me wrong, Doctor is knowledgeable and patient , try getting that in on Dr now days.

My first visit to Dr. Maddox was a great experience. She immediately puts you at ease with her calm and sweet demeanor. The most impressive part of my visit was that Dr. Maddox took the time to show me my problem areas, which I have never had a dentist do before. This helped me to know why and how to care for my teeth better, thus motivating me to do so. I never felt rushed. She and her staff have a special way of making your visit personalized, comfortable and stress-free. Christy, the Treatment Coordinator, is patient and thoughtful in the way that she explains and answers my questions. Her work is excellent and thorough. She sets the standard with professionalism and care! Christy is the best!

Dr. Maddox and staff are the best of the best! I’ve been a patient since the beginning and I wouldn’t trust anyone else. So thankful for their team!

I love Dr. Maddox and Crew! They always take great care of me and make going to the dentist a breeze. In fact I can honestly say I like going! I truly do feel blessed with them and could never imagine going elsewhere. Also McKayla is the best hygienist: Top Notch, super friendly and down to earth. My husband goes here too and agrees as well!

There is truly not a better dentist or dental group. Lake pointe goes above and beyond for my family every time. From the moment we walk in we feel welcome. The hygienist/assistant's are very kind and always make sure we are comfortable. Dr. Maddox spends time with her patients and explains everything in detail. I never feel rushed or pressured into anything. I leave feeling good about the care my family has received. When our daughter gets anxious Dr Maddox and her team are very calm, patient, reassuring, and most of all kind. You will not find a kinder person than Dr. Maddox and the team she has.

I cannot say enough about how great the team at Lake Point Dental is. They are so kind and caring. As someone who has a huge amount of dental anxiety, I am just constantly so appreciative of how hard they work to make my visits pleasant and productive. Fully recommend!

I was referred to Dr. Maddox years ago by a friend. I’ve been there multiple times now, and every single time I leave with a smile on my face. Everyone I encounter in the office is pleasant and helpful. Dr. Maddox is outstanding and spends a lot of time with her patients.
