Dr Chen and her staff are fantastic. I have been to her office in Somerset now several times. I have extensive work needed due to some broken teeth and broken crowns. She took the time to talk with me not only about work needed for my teeth, but also about my insurance, what is covered and how much would be my out of pocket responsibility. She was very clear and understanding. I could not ask for better care, and her hygienists and scheduling staff are the best. I would highly recommend her practice, especially to anyone who might be nervous or hesitant about a dentist visit. She put me at ease right away.

I had the pleasure of having Kim as my hygienist, who was so patient, kind, and careful with her work. She patiently listened to changes in my health, and it was obvious she cares about her patients It's understandable to be anxious about going to the dentist in general, but the front desk staff, hygienists (especially Kim), and both the dentists make it a pleasant experience.
