Dr Renee was wonderful doing an extraction on my 13 year old son who was very anxious about the procedure. She was kind, patient, and he trusted her from start to finish.

Recently took my daughter for her first cleaning and Dr.Jessica with her stellar team did an amazing job. My daughter was a little fuzzy being that a one year old won’t know whats going on but Dr. Jessica would always keep engaging with her and treat her with such care that the whole treatment went smoothly. When I see the bad reviews for this practice it’s sad to see the sense of entitlement people have. Just because something didn’t go your way unexpectedly, it doesn’t mean you should point the finger. Do your due diligence and keep yourself informed with your treatment with a little sprinkle of empathy and your visit will be 10x better. Thank you to everyone at Kreiner!

We used Kreiner dental for almost 10 years for ortho (both kids got braces twice) and dental work. Loved going to the office in Paramus and Park Ridge. Had a permanent retainer put in for my kid and it fell out less than 2 months after it was placed in their mouth. They wanted to charge me $300 (double what I already paid- it was $150 for top and another $150 for the bottom). They lowered it to $150 which was what I originally paid to have the top permanent retainer placed. They charged me the $150 after only having it for less than 2 months. Shame on them.

My family has been going to Kreiner for 7 years now, since my daughter was a year old. Lauren the hygienist is the kindest, sweetest person you will ever meet. Patient and caring, with the best personality! My daughter just adores her! Dr. Heller, Dr. Jessica, and Dr. Renee are simply the best! The most amazing office and staff. I promise you will not find a better dental practice than Kreiner!

We have been with this place for 16 years. Our last experience it’s just a joke. We went for emergency appointment after wisdom tooth complications surgery. This place billed insurance company for dental evaluation by patient opening her mouth and calling oral surgeon without even x- ray done. Insurance company must be aware of this.
