Kowalski Dental, PC

I've been to 2 appointments with Kowalski Dental. The 1st was a cleaning in Beverly, Lynn and was excellent with no pain at all. The 2nd appointment was for 2 fillings, Dr Longo was great, no pain at all, he explained everything he was doing and why. I'm glad I made the switch from my previous dentist that went corporate.

Excellent dentist. Very attentive, great bedside manor. Procedure times and costs are always reasonable. Would recommend to friends.

I have been a patient for many years. My Dad was recently diagnosed with mouth cancer and Dr. Kowalski made time to see him as a new patient. Dr. Kowalski was patient, through and compassionate. Dental hygienists are fantastic as well!

What a fabulous experience I had yesterday with Doctor Dawna! Annie was so efficient at the desk and lovely and pleasant. Michelle was an excellent assistant and took good care of me. The expertise of Dr Dawna was truly awesome. I walked out with a crown and she was able to do my overdue cleaning which was wonderful. I'm going back and staying :) Thank you Kowalski Dental!! And the OfficeMax pristine and clean as well!

I had a few great cleanings here. However most recently after waiting months for an appointment, and paying for child care, i showed up to the office to be told they no longer accept my insurance. While I understand things like that can happen I wish I was informed back in January when they said they stopped accepting it. Not after making an appointment waiting months and paying for childcare. Dr. Kowalski walked by and shrugged after hearing about my not being informed. I have also had bills sent to me in my name for other household members who have been patients there. The billing dept is a mess.
