They worked me in and helped with a broken tooth in 2 days, even as a new patient. Staff is very friendly and informative. Very laid back and comfortable experience at the dentist. They have the best office music playlist I’ve ever heard!

Everyone was very kind and friendly. After a bad experience at my last dentist I was looking for a dental office I could really trust. I had my first cleaning/x-rays/exam this week and felt both my hygienist and Dr. Kirkpatrick were very upfront and honest. I believe I have found my new dental office!

Dr. Kirkpatrick and Dr. Patel are the best in the game ! The staff and the Knox Bridge family are very welcoming, and friendly. Today they were very busy and they demonstrated team work and provided exceptional customer service. I’ve been a patient for years, but decided to take the time to write how great they truly are! Thank you for your services.

So my Husband and I fell in love with KnoxBridge Dental Dr. Kirkpatrick was so amazing. So my husband had a broken tooth and we went to this Dentist office and this lady doctor comes in scared the hell out of us and told us that my husband needed dentures. You could only imagine the horror when she said that to us I asked her why and she told us a whole bunch of stuff that was not true I said he only has a broken tooth!! Well I was like there is no way that I will allow this to happen. My poor husband was in complete shock and almost signed for the dentures until I said we need to think about this… they wanted 20k for dentures not even implants and said that we could qualify for assistance I asked is that a hard pull and the manager said no it’s a soft pull so of course I was like yeah they always say that and it turns out to be a hard pull.. that lady was definitely not liking me because I was asking so many questions. He also had an infection from the broken tooth they said that they would call in an antibiotic for him now this was on a Friday… they never called it in and we called later that day and the next day to the answering service never got a call back or the antibiotics. This is unreal…. I asked a friend of mine who she would recommend for a dentist and right away she said Knox Bridge and man on man was she right my husband stopped there on Saturday to make an appointment and they took him in and helped him with no questions asked..❤️❤️?? they were amazing from the staff to the doctors and when we told them what happened the day before they were in shock as well… turns out he didn’t need dentures and all the other things she said were not even true…They were just trying to take his teeth and our money. Shame on them for being so dishonest. And of course we never heard from them cause we didn’t sign up for dentures. Knoxbridge thank you so much for helping us. We are so incredibly grateful for you all Becky, Emily, Dr. Jenkins Dr. Kirkpatrick and Dr. Patel. I will recommend you all to anyone and everyone. By far the best dental office we have ever had. Thank you for your honesty and professionalism. You guys are awesome wish I could give a million stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Dr Patel is super nice, caring and loves his jobb(it shows)! He listens, he explains and is very patient! Everyone on his staff was extremely nice as well. Even though they are a busy office they treat you like you are special! They remember your name and that you get nervous? I can’t say enough about how awesome they all are there!!!
