This office is totally unprofessional. I adequately suggest no one go to this office!!!! My mother had an appt and when she got there to her 11:30am appt the staff told her 1st that she couldn’t have her appt cus the office only opened at 12 and 2nd they told her that they didn’t accept her insurance anymore!!! When I called back to speak to a rep they were so rude and arrogant towards me!! They refused to let me speak and then hung up on me and continued to refuse to pick up any further phone calls from me. I called from a different phone and they picked up and rep continued to speak offensively and unprofessionally to me. They continued to refuse to let me speak…how ridiculous and childish was this??? NOONE had the decency to call my mother ahead of time to let her know her appt was cancelled and that they no longer accepted her insurance!!!! They actually blamed it on the “new girl” for wiping her out on the computer!!! How freaken coincidentally this occurred. My mother didn’t speak English very well, and was very upset by the manner in which she was spoken too. That is why I intervened and look how rude they treated me!!! Please find yourself a new dentist because who deserves to be spoken & treated this way and in the manner in which they did???? I am totally appalled by the unprofessional behavior of this office staff!!!

So happy I switched dentist. Everyone is super friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. The place was clean and I felt extremely comfortable here.

So happy I switched to Dr. Klein. My husband and I have had great experiences only with him over past several years. He is fast, efficient and has great bedside manner. The staff is all very professional and nice. Shay is especially fantastic and so responsive. Best dentist around!

Best dentist in Yonkers! Very through and honest with his work and down to earth. I love that the office always has later appointments for established patients coming off of work. The staff is always very welcoming and nice to talk to and the office is always spotless, happy I found them!

My family and I have been receiving Excellent dental care from Dr. Klein and his staff for over 10yrs now. I've always felt comfortable and at ease all while receiving great quality care. Dr. Klein has great recommendations to other dental professionals, if needed. The whole office is always friendly and upbeat! They really know how to deliver patient care and always eager to help accommodate the best way they can. I can't thank Dr. Klein and his staff enough for all that they have done for us, but what I will continue to do is refer patients his way!!!
