Kirchner Dental - New Albany

I had neglected my dental care for a long time until i had a toothache earlier this year. I called Dr. Kirchner's New Albany office for an appointment & they were able to see me that day. Since then, I've had several appointments to improve my smile (an extraction, crown replacements) & to maintain my oral health. Dr. Kirchner & his staff are friendly, knowledgeable professionals. I've referred family members to Dr. Kirchner & I highly recommend his dental practice to any one looking for a new dentist.

I went to Kirchner dental for the first time today as an emergency visit. They got me in very quickly, gently took some X-rays and within an hour my two teeth were fixed! They were very kind and understanding that I was scarred by my last dentist experience. The doc was a pro, she got me numb on the first go round and pulled two teeth, one being a wisdom tooth. I didn’t feel a thing. I’m definitely recommend Kirchner dental to anyone who’s looking for a quality caring dentist and staff. Thank you !!!!

The whole staff makes you feel at easy. Very Professional, courteous and very understanding to your needs. I had a crown fall off my front tooth, made my smile look terrible. When I showed up at the dentist's office and explained my situation they were able to fit me in and repair my smile with a new crown. I can't go on enough about how professional, courteous, trustworthy the whole staff is!! Thank you for your commitment to giving all your patients a beautiful smile!!

I was able to get an immediate appointment as a new patient. I conveniently filled out all my health forms via text from the dental office. I arrived at my appointment. Staff were friendly and professional. there was literally no waiting for my scheduled time. The exam was very detailed, and I left informed With an estimate. Great experience!

I had to get a wisdom tooth pulled and was extremely nervous and scared. The whole staff was very helpful with everything, from billing and anxiety to the skills of the nurse and doctor/dentist. This means a lot to me as a patient because I’ve been to places before where their help and care is not top-tier so I greatly appreciate the skill and care taken when dealing with me. I wish I had gotten the doctor and nurses name to personally thank them but like I said even front desk was so helpful.

Everyone at Kitchener Dental have been great! I imagine I’m like a lot of people, I have a certain amount of anxiety about being in the dentist office but from the ladies at the front desk all the way to the dentist they do everything to calm you. They are very thorough and do a great job of explaining things to you. I appreciate their professionalism and kindness. I highly recommend!

Dr. Kirchner and staff are wonderful. I recently required some intensive dental. I was afraid and Dr. Kirchner was very kind and understanding. He explained everything well and numbed the areas really well. I am very pleased with he results. His staff is very easy to work with.
