Dr.Wong and her team are amazing! I’m so happy I became one of their patients after moving to king of Prussia! They go above and beyond to truly show they care for their patients!

I went here for two cleaning/exams and each experience was subpar. Although the dental hygienists were thorough and did a good job, the dentist did not seem to care about my needs as a patient. The first time I met her she only talked about my teeth for a few seconds and left. Had nothing good to say about my brushing/flossing habits like my other dentists have said. And also didn't ask if I had any questions. So when I asked her a question as she was trying to leave, she seemed annoyed that I had something to ask. I figured I caught her on a busy day and next time would be better. The second time was even more rushed. She didn't bother to tell me if I had any cavities or not, just wanted to tell me how worn down my teeth are and that I need a night guard. Yes, my teeth are worn down, but not for the reasons she assumed. A very common cause of worn teeth is grinding and clenching (bruxism) and wearing a custom night guard is designed to help prevent this. However in my case, my worn down teeth were caused by a very acidic diet, including regularly sucking on lemons, and incorrectly brushing my teeth too hard when I was younger. Since learning how bad these habits were, I stopped doing them nearly 20 years ago. But of course the damage was done and the tooth abrasion is permanent. Anyway, none of that was discussed because she didn't want to hear any of it; just wanted to sell me a night guard and get out of there. Felt like just another number, not an valued patient :(

My family have been patients of Dr Wong since 2005. I have also worked in this practice as a dental hygienist. I continue to work here as well as come as a patient because of the excellent quality of dental care they provide. Saw Sarah and as a new hygienist, she was amazing. Friendly, kind, and caring. Highly recommended!

I've given them the benefit of the doubt but I've come to realize that you will only have a stellar experience if you're the 'ideal' patient. If you can't easily began expensive procedures, or require any level of understanding of your personal circumstance, you won't walk away feeling like a valued patient. When I was a new patient, I was met with much enthusiasm and felt very welcomed. So much so, that I referred loved ones who ultimately became patients themselves. Over time, after costly recommended procedures, I had to vocalize that it just isn't possible for me to do so right now. There was no compassion or understanding met with my honesty, just disregard and further questioning about when I plan to get it done. This has now transitioned to being me being met coldly and ultimately dreading my appointments. This last encounter the dentist greeted me with a dry "hey", took a quick glance at my mouth, gave me a referral and swiftly walked out. As someone who works in healthcare I couldn't imagine making a patient feel this way, regardless of their circumstance. It's disheartening and unfortunate, but the reality is that I must seek services elsewhere. The hygienist have always been kind and understanding, I appreciate the treatment I've received from them during my visits. Patient rapport should always lack judgement, and supersede $$$. This has not been the case here, it is instead taken personally.

This is the best dental office I have ever been to. There are a lot of dental clinics with 4.5+ reviews that try to sell you things you do not need and even lie to you about whether your insurance would cover certain things. But here is the place you can get good care and do not have to worry about that.
