Kind Smiles

I just started at this dentist but have had a great experience. I have been taking my children to a youth dentist for years and seeing a separate one myself and had a feeling I was being hustled every time I went in by always having issues with our teeth that seemed off. So I changed to Kind Smiles and NONE of the same issues were forced on us. We had a routine cleaning and preventative care done and had some possible things to look out for explained but at no point did I feel upselling or services being pushed on me. I’m thankful my family’s experience here so far and look forward to making it our routine place for care. My. Side note my anxious 3 year old son was treated great and he left so happy about his clean teeth and I think returning will be so much easier next time!

6 months ago, for my first appointment I was told I could get my cleaning and cavity filled during the first appointment. I waited 1.5 hours before being seen and during my cleaning, it felt rushed, and the Dr answered a phone call literally while cleaning my teeth. He also told me there was no time for the cavity to get filled, pretty annoying considering I waited so long to be seen and was assured that I could get it filled. I come back today for a routine check up, I scheduled at 9am hoping I wouldn’t be waiting an hour plus again. There’s NO ONE in the office but the receptionist. I just left and will go someone else that values my time.

I have had such a positive experience at Kind Smiles over the past year. The staff is always friendly and does a thorough job. I have a unique situation as a guardian for an adult and Dr. G treats them with care and explains information about procedures and instructions so that it is easy to understand. At times they get really busy, but they always make sure each person is serviced well despite caring for multiple patients at a time.

Staff is very helpful and attentive. Professional and outgoing. Received an appointment within days!!! What a pleasant surprise!!! I am very happy I found them. The Dr. explained what he was doing and why.. and actually had a calming effect on me since I am terrified of dentists.? Great, first experience. Thank you all Dr.G was very attentive and very informative. Explained the do’s and don't s and shared information which products he believes to be best for me to use. Ms. Deborah is as always very helpful, friendly and caring and works diligently to assist and resolve any difficulties you may encounter.

I recently switched my whole family over to Kind Smiles and I'm so glad I did! After years of feeling pressured and upsold at another dental practice, it was refreshing to have such an honest and straightforward experience. They provided excellent preventative care and clearly explained everything, without making me feel like I needed a bunch of unnecessary procedures. Even better, they were amazing with my anxious 3-year-old son! He actually left his appointment happy and excited about having clean teeth. I highly recommend Kind Smiles to anyone looking for a trustworthy and family-friendly dentist!
