Kildonan Crossing Dental Centre

I have to preface Dr. Bohonaki has been a great dentist to me, I have been going there since I was like 7, the following comments are purely for whoever is doing accounting. My insurance only covered like 70-80% of a recent bill so I had an outstanding balance of 92$ afterwards, they sent the mail to the wrong address multiple times and then when I finally got it at my address it was a final notice and it was sent to the Collections Agency! For 92$! Between my parents and myself now over 20 years of appointments for braces, fillings, a crown, etc we've probably paid anywhere from 30,000 to 40,000$ ! I would have never thought 92$ would have put them over and resorted to sending my invoice to the Collections Agency. I just thought I would pay the difference the next time I was in for a visit, as I have ALWAYS done. Pretty disappointed with this move.

The staff was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and professional from the moment I walked in. The dentist and hygienists provided top-notch service, making sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire appointment. The care and attention to detail truly stood out, and I left feeling confident about my dental health. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality dental care and a great team!

Saw Dr.Liska and her assistant Yvonne. Very patient, explained step by step what they were doing. Very gentle, I was anxious, told them. They were very good about it. Highly recommend her. Clinic staff friendly.

They make you wait. Why? Idk. I feel dental services is priority and it takes a month to make my appointment. Morning of my appointment they cancel. After taking time off work. Now I have to live with this pain for another month. How is this fair or a good review???

Was there today for teeth cleaning...Sha did a great job...very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Thanks, Sha....hope to get you again for the next one!!!Been going there for approx 40years.....cannot ask for a better dentist than Bruce Bohunicky...Used to be petrified of dentists....have never been scared since my first visit with Bruce over 40 years ago !
