I have 3 kiddos, been going here with Dr. Brown for about 10 years now. , and to tell you its been great, he is very friendly and makes them feel very comfortable. Never had any problems with any procedures until now. His helpers are great, staff can do better🙂👍👍

Nov 13, 2024 · shravya sridharVery disappointed in front office staff and tech. Was 6 minutes late for an appointment today due to an accident. Have been taking my children for 7 years - never been late before, never missed an appointment. Also use them for ortho. Got an attitude as soon as we walked in. Was told they’d have to “check” if we could still be seen since they only allow a 5min grace period. Told they could still fit us in. Tech took us back again questioned if we were allowed to be seen, since we were late, then had an attitude with me, rushing both boys through without any friendly interaction. No one ever asked why we were late or checked to see we’ve been valuable clients for years, without any prior issues. Dr. Brown is always amazing, patient, encouraging to the kiddos and is the reason we keep coming back. But very disappointed in our experience today.
